Etiquette
To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of 5 Senses Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones and electronic devices are discouraged.
Gift Certificate
Your gift, their choice.
Gift vouchers are available all year round for any amount or all treatments and packages. Payment is accepted in cash, credit card or cheque. Please telephone or email your request and we will be happy to assist you.
(All of our gift vouchers have a six month expiry date on them and must be used within the six month period or it will be deemed un-usable.)
Check-in
Please check-in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited
Alcohol
Consumption of alcohol within the spa will be at the manager's discretion.
Food
Consumption of food within the spa will be at the manager's discretion.
Special Consideration
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any existing medical condition.
Valuables
The management accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Cancellation Policy
A 24hr cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a "no show".
Refund Policy
Treatment packages and Gift Vouchers are non refundable. Prices may be subject to change.
